Ceridian a leading provider of health and productivity solutions, announced that it is now providing the United Way 2-1-1™ call center operations for Greater Twin Cities United Way. As a one-stop shop for social services, United Way 2-1-1™ provides callers with information and referrals to human services for every day needs and in times of crisis.

In 2009, United Way 2-1-1™ provided 382,000 referrals to callers who requested assistance in the Twin Cities area for everything from food and shelter, to utility assistance, legal services, healthcare and employment services.
