The hats are divided into two different types constructed and unconstructed. Constructed caps have a built-in internal structure that makes the display area of the cap rigid. Unconstructed caps have no internally reinforced structure which makes the caps flexible. Both types of caps come with adjustable straps on the back which allows for a one size fits all style caps. The adjustable straps are made of cotton and either have Velcro or buckles to strap the cap in place. Each cap also has sewn eyelets which allow for ventilation while providing aesthetically pleasing designs. The two new visors offered at are made of cotton material and have straps just like the caps, but with open-air top for even more ventilation. Custom printed visors are often used for promotional event that have an outdoor theme as they are designed to block out the sun while providing a cooling effect.

All 22 new headwear products are customizable by color and imprint area. Many of these products come in up to ten different color options and some are available in even more. The custom imprint areas on the headwear products are average around four inches in width and three inches in height. This size makes custom printed logos clearly visible from substantial distances. Personalized caps can be customized two different ways. The first is screen printing which is the standard process of printing on promotional products while embroidering is unique to clothing as they can embroider custom logos. Constructed caps allow for screen printing on their imprint areas while unconstructed caps allow for screen printing and embroidering.

Because these caps are made of cotton material they are both organic and environmentally friendly. Cotton is an extremely soft material that is also very durable when used to make articles of clothing.
