Enticing Travel, a luxury tour company offering independent travel worldwide, has announced its African Charitable Donation Program Continues with Its First Adventure Group Tour, a February 2011 Tour to Climb Kilimanjaro and Safari in the Serengeti. The Tour will be hosted by Senior Enticing Travel Team Members including Sherie Fenn.
“It just makes perfect sense that we’re announcing this tour in February and that it will operate in February (2011), because we’re completely love with this tour,” enthused Enticing Travel’s Spokesperson, Kristal Fotheringham. The tour, to climb Tanzania’s Mt. Kilimanjaro and safari in the Serengeti to experience the Great Migration, marks the first Adventure Group Tour for Enticing Travel and they’re making it extra special by sending two senior staff members as hosts, including Sherie Fenn. Fotheringham says that Ms. Fenn was chosen because of her passion and devotion to Africa through her custom-designed luxury tours and her involvement with African charitable groups and also because clients are always commenting about her fun nature.
“I could not be more excited!” Fenn said. “This will be a trip of a lifetime!” To help prepare and count down to the tour, Ms. Fenn says that the company has set-up a blog on the company website which will be a forum to exchange information about tour preparations and foster group camaraderie before departure. The blog can be accessed from the Enticing Travel home page and from the tour’s information page. http://www.enticingtravel.com
The tour begins February 14, 2011 with arrival in Arusha, Tanzania and one night at a local lodge with six days climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and will summit during the full moon. When the peak of Kilimanjaro and glaciers are lit up by the full moon, the view is absolutely breathtaking. The group will take the Marangu route which is recommended for novice climbers and has wooden A-frame huts for overnight accommodations. To increase tour members’ chances at reaching the summit, Enticing Travel has arranged for top guides and porters and has included an extra day on the mountain solely to increase tour members’ ability to acclimate to the high altitude. After the climb, the group will spend three days and nights in the Serengeti at a luxury tented camp set up exclusively for Enticing Travel and positioned to take in the Great Migration of wildlife across the Serengeti. The final day of the tour will include a game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater in search of the iconic Big Five. Tour members have the option of including a relaxing post-tour stay at Gibb’s Farm located on the slopes of the Crater.
Enticing Travel previously announced its program to make a donation to African charities with each African tour sold and this will be in effect for this 2011 Mt. Kilimanjaro Climb and Serengeti Safari tour. In addition, to help offset our Carbon Footprints a tree will be planted near Mt. Kilimanjaro for every person on the tour.
