Ms. Paxman’s appointment to Chief Customer Officer is perfectly in step with PreVisor’s customer-centric culture which centers on driving business results.

PreVisor, the global leader in employment assessments and talent measurement solutions that connect employment decisions to business results, today announced that Caroline Paxman has been promoted to the new post of Chief Customer Officer. The appointment was made to emphasize PreVisor’s commitment to driving intense customer focus across all parts of the organization.

Ms. Paxman has 20 years of experience in business process consulting, complex software implementations, and client account management and support. She has worked extensively with executives at large clients both in the U.S. and internationally, acting as an executive advisor on their talent acquisition programs. She also conceived ‘LINK’, PreVisor’s annual client conference, now in it’s fifth year, and initiated PreVisor’s AdVance Research Partner program, a program aimed at gathering customer feedback and encouraging collaboration to drive product development.

Paxman has been PreVisor’s Chief Product Officer and SVP of Professional Services since 2007, having joined the company in 2005 from ePredix where she was in charge of client implementations since 2003. Prior to PreVisor, Ms. Paxman worked at Retek Inc., an international software company, where she was Vice President of Worldwide Services and a member of the executive team. Caroline began her career in business consulting with Accenture, the global management consulting firm, where she was a Manager in the London, U.K. office.

Paxman will be presenting PreVisor’s Customer Vision and Product Roadmap at LINK, PreVisor’s annual client conference, in Charleston, SC this May.
