After months of testing, we are ready to invite the public to take a look at our service and share their experience with us.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) February 24, 2010
Surfedia online bookmarks (http://surfedia.com) is pleased to announce that it is entering public beta phase.
Surfedia introduces an innovative, visual approach to online bookmarking. By utilizing Drag & Drop functionality of its user interface, combined with a website thumbnail generator, the service offers its visitors easy to use and intuitive online bookmarking experience complemented by a website discovery feature.
Bookmarks in the form of website thumbnails can be dragged across the screen and dropped into specific folders for easy organization. The same approach is used for sharing content with friends or the public. An optional Surfedia Button, a browser plugin, allows for a convenient way to add bookmarks to the user’s account. Another feature, Surfedia Channels, provides a way for visitors to subscribe to subject-specific content channels managed by other Surfedia users.
“We’ve designed the site with users in mind, making sure that the interface is simple and intuitive.” says Daniel Ballarin, the founder and president of Surfedia, Inc. “After months of testing, we are ready to invite the public to take a look at our service and share their experience with us.”
Beta phase will run for approximately 3 months. Users are encouraged to send their comments and suggestions for additional features. The company will evaluate all submitted feedback. Those interested in joining Surfedia can create a free account at http://surfedia.com/register.php
