American Technical Support announced at the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) Winter Educational Conference (WEC) that Avenue Broadband has selected their hosted solution for device provisioning and fault and performance monitoring.

American Technical Support will use Sigma Systems Device Provisioning Manager (DPM) and Centina Systems’ NetOmnia™ fault and provision monitoring to support Avenue Broadband’s 17,000+ high speed data and voice customers.
