- 65 % of shippers agree on which IT and Technology Solutions yielded the highest ROI
- 67 % of shippers have sought new IT or technology as a way to reduce overall costs in light of the recession
- There is a huge disparity between shippers and transport and logistics providers regarding who should cover the costs of IT/Technology upgrades.
- 93 % of transportation and logistics providers agree on what motivates them to upgrade/enhance Supply Chain IT/Technology Capabilities.
