BigHand, the leading voice productivity vendor in the professional services and public sector community, has today announced that it has appointed Stephen Brown as Client Services Director of a newly formed Client Services Division. The creation of the division comes as BigHand looks to ensure that the high service levels and client care for which the company is renowned are maintained as growth in number of clients continues.
Stephen’s increased role comes after 5 years heading up project management and installation, during which he was responsible for overseeing a team that delivered more than 600 successful new customer installations covering North America, the UK and Australia. The new Client Services Division encompasses project management, technical installation services, training as well as the global support and helpdesk teams.
