Edge Information Management, Inc. and PeopleClues® are proud to announce two new tools to aid in hiring the best employees possible, The Engagement assessment and “ACE”, the Automated Candidate Experience. The Engagement assessment was specifically developed for measuring the connection between an individual and the job they are applying for. This assessment is designed to evaluate two major aspects of engagement: job commitment (level of motivation and a commitment to the job itself) and commitment to the employer (the candidate’s view of their employer, especially its management). “ACE”, on the other hand, is being introduced to employers as a way to enhance the candidate experience for those “rejected” candidates who didn’t match the companies’ specific needs. “ACE” provides these candidates with personalized feedback containing useful and relevant information to assist them as they continue their job search.
