C3 Solution's European customers create independent user group to exchange ideas on yard management best practices and to provide product feedback to C3.

Representatives of all of C3 Solution’s European customers gathered in Nottingham UK, the 25th and 26th of February for the inaugural meeting of the C3 European User Group. The purpose of this independent group is to provide a forum for C3’s European customers to exchange ideas on yard management best practices and to provide product feedback to C3.

During the two days of meetings, C3 representatives provided presentations on Yard Smart version 4.0, (the latest version of C3’s yard management system) on C3 Reservations 10.03 (the latest version of C3’s dock appointment scheduling system) and presentations on the respective product roadmaps. Other sessions included discussions on various technical aspects of C3’s products and topics such as business continuity. The consensus of the user group was to hold regular meetings at each customer’s site to further explore the operational gains derived from C3’s products.
