Cabbie-Oke - It’s karaoke on wheels
The Australian first competition, run by Telstra began, February 12, 2010, and is running hot with specially designed Cabbie-Oke cabs racing around the streets of Sydney and Melbourne on Friday and Saturday nights (between 8 PM to 2 AM) until March 12, 2010. The Cabbie-Oke cabs are causing waves with party goers who are even posting images and song lists on twitter and personal blogs in anticipation of catching one of these taxis and singing their way into instant internet fame and a free ride home, no matter where they live.
How do you spot a Cabbie-Oke Cab?
The taxis for this promotion have been jazzed up with disco balls, big screens, props & video recording equipment to provide a complete karaoke-on-wheels experience.
