The ability to determine the right print run for collateral materials is the bane of many marketing projects. PrintReady eliminates guess work and over runs by empowering customers to run just what they need when they need it.

With the goal of simplifying and streamlining print experiences for its clients, QuantumDigital, Inc. has launched PrintReady™, a free printing tool that gives clients the ability to send files directly to QuantumDigital to print. PrintReady reduces steps in the printing process and expedites personalized direct marketing materials, reflecting the company's customer first strategy. QuantumDigital is the complete online service provider of digital print, direct mail, email marketing and multi-channel marketing.

PrintReady, currently available only for Windows, enables clients to send files in most any digital format direct to QuantumDigital and submit an order to their website in three steps:

1.    Download and install the executable PrintReady program;
2.    Open the file where it was created and print, selecting QuantumDigital PrintReady from the list of available printers;
3.    Complete the order.

QuantumDigital will print the order and, for all orders over $45, will ship it free for next business day delivery.

"PrintReady is but one example of the integration of knowledge and expertise we utilize to develop tools that streamline and automate printing efficiencies for our customers," said Eric Cosway, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, QuantumDigital. "The ability to determine the right print run for collateral materials is the bane of many marketing projects. PrintReady eliminates guess work and over runs by empowering customers to run just what they need when they need it."
