The Human Capital Institute (HCI) today announced a new team of senior executives, selected to lead HCI into its next stage of international growth. HCI is entering its sixth year as one of the fastest growing executive associations in the world, with over 175,000 members in 170 countries worldwide.
Carl Rhodes, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Rhodes is a former Co-Founder and Partner of Kairos Networks, and served as a senior leader at the Corporate Executive Board, where he specialized in developing programs and products for senior executives in general management, strategy, IT and HR. Prior to CEB, Mr. Rhodes was a professor of methodology and American politics at the University of Cincinnati. His work has been cited in the Harvard Business Review, the Economist, the Washington Post, and in leading academic journals.
LeRoy Robbins, Chief Development Officer Mr. Robbins is a former Fortune 500 Senior VP of Human Resource, and recently CEO of TruStar Solutions, a two time Inc. 500 Fastest Growing company acquired by First Advantage Corporation. After the acquisition while serving as Executive Vice President of First Advantage Recruiting Solutions, Mr. Robbins' leadership resulted in Recruiting Solutions doubling their revenue and tripling their earnings in just 2 years. At HCI, he is responsible for strategic planning; member, enterprise and underwriter acquisition, strategic partnerships and alliances; and corporate development.
Yemil Martinez, Vice President, Marketing Mr. Martinez is an digital marketing and social media expert, and most recently served as Director of New Media Marketing at the Institute for International Research (IIR) as well as prior roles at Money Media and Empire BlueCross and BlueShield. At HCI, he is responsible for all of HCI's communications and marketing activities, including direct, online and social media as well as advertising and public relations.
Michael DeMarco, Senior Analyst, Research Mr. DeMarco is an experienced consultant, analyst, thought leader and author. Prior to HCI, he served as a Managing Consultant with IBM Global Services and as a research contributor to IBM's Institute for Business Value. At HCI, he will be lead research projects in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, and leadership.
HCI is completing a reorganization to strengthen execution across its business units, which include the Center for Human Capital Excellence, Membership, Education, Events and Research.
