Quorum Review, an AAHRPP accredited ethics review board, announced today the selection of Vicki Winn for the newly created position of Director of Study Support. Ms. Winn has more than 15 years of customer support success for corporations and public agencies. She brings to Quorum proven expertise in directing call center teams, managing change and expansion, and championing quality improvements at all levels of customer contact.
Quorum was founded on the belief that an IRB could protect human participants without giving up a focus on customer service. The creation of the position of Director of Study Support demonstrates Quorum's continuing dedication to providing world-class customer service to researchers. This position will lead the Initial Study Support team, the Site Support Team, and the Front Desk, three of the groups at Quorum with the highest level of customer interaction. Prior to joining Quorum, Ms. Winn led customer service and call center groups at ADP, Inc., Western Wireless Corporation, and Washington Mutual Bank.
