Bethlehem, PA (PRWEB) March 4, 2010
Spark (http://www.sparkcreatives.com), a full-service advertising and public relations firm, has leased 3,300 square feet of space in on the 10th floor of One Bethlehem Plaza, One West Broad Street, Bethlehem, Pa.
The new space represents a nearly 33% increase in floor space over its previous office at 79 W. Market St., about two blocks south of its new location.
“It was important for us to find another downtown location,” said Michael Drabenstott, one of Spark’s three principals. “We value being located in a walkable, vibrant business district that stimulates creative thought and entrepreneurial spirit.”
The move will help Spark accommodate its continuing growth. Spark’s principals -- Drabenstott, Denis Aumiller and Scott Byers -- launched the agency in 2004. The firm, whose services include strategic planning, brand development, advertising, public relations, social media and interactive development, now employs 10 people and expects adding several more in the coming year.
During the past 12 months, Spark has added four prominent regional clients to its roster: Lehigh Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau, Coordinated Health, Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation and PPL Energy Plus. The client wins are in addition to long-standing relationships with clients such as Lehigh Carbon Community College, B. Braun OEM Division, AltusGroup and Olympus Imaging America.
Doug Kelly, Broker/Owner at Bethlehem-based Emerald Realty Group (http://www.emeraldrealtygroup.com ) represented Spark in the lease agreement. Phil Schenkel from CB Richard Ellis (http://www.cbre.com) represented the building owner, Diversified Capital LLC.
