Strategic Connections Inc., provider of the leading integrated communications and marketing connectivity platform, today announced that it is relaunching its organization under a new brand, including the "Strategic Connections" corporate name, a new logo, and a new url. The company is preparing to launch new, rebranded marketing materials and a new website (http://www.strategic-connections-inc) in the second quarter of 2010.

Strategic Connections was founded in 1994. Its primary marketing product at the time, SCI Torque, enabled automotive dealers to achieve strong lead conversion, customer loyalty, and improved marketing ROI. It continues to provide these benefits today.

In late 2008, the company acquired Dallas-based MarketQuiz, Inc., a leader in multi-channel marketing technologies and tools. Since then, Strategic Connections has worked to integrate the technologies, expertise, and processes of this acquisition with its core strengths in order to enhance and expand its product offerings. The company has expanded its footprint with auto dealers while entering new markets, including telecommunications/cable, health care, insurance and government.

Today, the company offers a complete marketing and communications product set that serves marketing, sales and HR professionals and organizations with tools and services covering the complete sales lifecycle. With a legacy of success and the momentum of strong 2009 performance driving the company, Strategic Connections' leaders decided now would be an appropriate time to re-launch the company under a new brand that represents its new vision, vertical market expansion and more complete product portfolio. Its new logo highlights the three main functions performed by the "new" Strategic Connections:

  •     Measuring their effectiveness, and
  •     Executing program elements

Building Off Its 2009 Success
Financial results for Strategic Connections were impressive, including revenue growth of 30 percent for 2009. These results are attributable to new organic growth as well as the addition of new tools, products and technologies from the MarketQuiz acquisition.

For instance, in 2009, the company brought in the dealer networks of BMW and Kia as new customers. Time Warner, a leader in Strategic Connections' target vertical market of telecommunications/cable, joined Strategic Connections as a new customer in July 2009. These three companies have expanded their use of Strategic Connections products into 2010.

Industry experts have recognized the company's impressive achievements. Strategic Connections was named a "2009 Cool Company to Watch" by Gartner and was also named to the Branham300, an annual ranking of the top Canadian IT, communications and technology companies based on earnings; employee, market and revenue growth; and related factors.

Strategic Connections ranked number 90 on Deloitte's 2009 Technology Fast 500TM, a ranking of 500 of the fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America.
