Katalin Zamiar is proud to announce the launch "Can't Stop the Mama", a new approach to pre and post natal fitness and health. Katalin is a fitness expert with dynamic experience and a contagious training style. Her innovative programs have been featured in Shape, Allure, Self, Today Chicago Woman, and more. She is an international presenter and writer in the fitness and martial arts community.

Currently she writes for the Chicago Tribune's, and has written over 150 articles for a variety of publications. Katalin has lectured in over 100 cities across America in addition to Asia, Mexico and the Caribbean. Her National tour has led to her starring in over 15 training DVDs/videos. Her latest DVD project, "Can't Stop the Mamma" considers the exercise needs and time constraints of today's mom.

Now pregnant for a third time, Katalin still uses the routines featured in "Can't Stop the Mama" for muscle toning, body sculpting, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility and strengthening of the pelvic floor.

"Can't Stop the Mama" is designed in a modular format, which enables the exercises to be combined in a variety of sequences. Pick your favorites for an extensive workout, or combine 2 or 3 for a quick 20 minute energy booster.
