The name and brand identity shift reflects the expanded suite of sales enablement solutions now offered by the decade-old reference management trendsetter.
The new RO|Innovation moniker reflects the spirit of the company, both as a results-driven technology provider and as an innovator. The abbreviation of the RO|Innovation name, “ROI,” spotlights its overriding value proposition and product development principle—every solution must provide real-world, tangible ROI by reducing sales cycles, engaging prospects and ultimately increasing conversion and close rates. Using “innovation” was equally important because the word truly communicates the company’s commitment as a forward-thinking leader in customer reference management, sales enablement and lead cycle management.
