Missouri US Senate Candidates James Schmidt and Roy Blunt were interviewed on Saturday, 2/27, at the Missouri Republican Party Lincoln Days event held in St. Charles, Missouri. Congressman Blunt expressed his views on the the Tea Party movement. Candidate Schmidt questioned Congressman Blunt's vote for the $700-billion, TARP-bailout in September, 2008.

Congressman Blunt expressed his views on the the Tea Party movement and about his Republican competition in the Primary Election.

Candidate Schmidt questioned Congressman Blunt's vote for the $700-billion, TARP-bailout in September, 2008. Schmidt also expressed his concern that conservative voters may not support Blunt's election to the Senate because of his actions.
