Two leading technologies partnering to increase school district hiring efficiences!

“This partnership will simply make the lives of AppliTrack and SubFinder users easier!"

Software firms, CRS Advanced Technology and General ASP, have formed a partnership to develop a software interface that allows General ASP's AppliTrack® software customers the ability to export data directly to SubFinder® software, a CRS Advanced Technology product.

Previously, AppliTrack customers needed to manually enter employee and substitute data into their SubFinder systems. This reduced the efficiencies developed by both companies that strived to bring automated solutions to school districts and other organizations. AppliTrack has automated the hiring process for schools by eliminating manual collection and filing of employee applications through its ease of use, intuitiveness, and flexibility, and today has over 1,200 customers.

“This partnership will simply make the lives of AppliTrack and SubFinder users easier! What was once a tedious and manual process, is now as simple as clicking a button. We couldn’t be more excited to offer this new tool to our over 1,200 school districts,” said Abe Reese, President and Founder of General ASP and http://www.K12JobSpot.com.

Through this interface between the two products, the process has been streamlined, saving time and the possibility of costly data entry mistakes. Because the interface is seamless, new applicants can be uploaded into the SubFinder system and utilize the system immediately. Considering the size and complexity of many school districts that use both software packages, this will allow immediate registration of new hires and substitutes instead of waiting several days, or even weeks, for their information to be processed and manually entered into the SubFinder system. Once entered, they may utilize the system to report absences and attain jobs to fill absences. The benefit to schools districts will allow substitute candidate pools to continue to grow, and provide more opportunities for superior matching to ensure the best substitutes are selected for the job position every time.

Pete Lupacchino, Vice President and General Manager of CRS Advanced Technology commented, “Our goal in providing software solutions has always been to streamline processes and create efficiencies for our customers. Developing this interface is yet another huge step toward meeting this goal. We are very pleased to have partnered with General ASP to make this possible.”
