Service Aims to Increase Access for Staffing Firms While Lowering Costs for Employers

Denver-based FeeTrader.com announces the launch of its new service designed to benefit both employers and staffing agency recruiters by creating an “open market” environment among staffing agencies.

The service is free to employers, allowing them to post their open jobs to http://www.FeeTrader.com where a network of staffing agency recruiters can view the posted jobs and respond with candidates (or synopsis of abilities) and “bids.” The bids provide the fee amount the recruiters would be willing to charge for filling the employer’s open position with one of their candidates. Recruiters are unaware of competitive bids made by other recruiters; therefore, they must be as competitive as possible with their bids to secure the business. Employers have the option to accept or decline the bids made.

FeeTrader.com Co-Founder, Scott Croasdale, states “FeeTrader is an efficiency model that levels the playing field for Agency Recruiters and gives them the opportunity to effectively pitch their capabilities and fees in a streamlined fashion.” He goes on to say that “…rather than fielding dozens of weekly sales calls from agency recruiters, employers can simply post the jobs they want to outsource and later read an organized report of bids and pitches at their leisure and make selections right from their online account.” Mr. Croasdale also points out that “agencies that would have never been considered otherwise can now be heard and employers that are otherwise pigeonholed into their current limited suppliers can find the best recruiters per job posted and often at a reduced cost. It’s a win-win for recruiters and employers.”

Staffing agency recruiters pay a nominal subscription fee granting them open access to the jobs posted to FeeTrader.com by employers.

For recruiters, becoming a member of FeeTrader.com’s recruiter network dramatically slashes the time it would typically take a recruiter to make marketing calls and emails in an attempt to develop new business. For the employer, the unique process is designed to help employers achieve the best price while capturing the best recruiting resource.
