Chefs Toolbox is the brainchild of David Mills. As a suit working in finance he was only too familiar with the grab and eat what you can lifestyle. As he started to improve his own health, by competing in triathlons, he came to realise how important it was to fuel the body with good, energy-building foods.
He started out cooking his own muffins to eat prior to each race. Travelling extensively for work, his sudden interest in cooking saw him begging his way into the kitchens of restaurants around the world to talk to chefs. He soon found that he was enjoying cooking at home more than dining in restaurants.
David says: "I soon realised that with the right equipment and a few basic techniques, cooking could be easy, fun and, better for you. So, I became inspired to help people everywhere to cook at home with the best ideas, resources and products. Chefs Toolbox and its professional cookware was born."
