We have a niche product line that brides have never seen before; it really helps them take their western wedding theme to the next level.

BridesVillage.com, a wedding accessories leader for 17 years, announced it is now specializing in western weddings and will offer more selections and useful information catering to country and western brides. BridesVillage is expanding its popular western wedding accessories section to include new specialty items and is providing free tips and advice online to help couples with their wedding planning.

"Being from a rural area, I really love our Western Weddings line because of the down-home earthy charm our items can bring to a wedding," said Cathy Ward, owner of BridesVillage. "We began offering western wedding accessories over two years ago, and our items are not from 'traditional' bridal suppliers. This has allowed us to offer our brides unique items that can't be found on other wedding web sites."

Ward and her team spent over a year finding popular and unique products to offer on her web site, building one of the most extensive and exclusive collections of western wedding decorations available online. Among BridesVillage's most popular additions is a variety of new western wedding favors designed to make reception tables livelier, including suede fringe favor bags, burlap favor bags, miniature hay bales, and cowboy hat favors.

"We have a niche product line that brides have never seen before; it really helps them take their western wedding theme to the next level," Ward said.

In addition to favors BridesVillage has added upbeat-yet-elegant western wedding ideas like cowboy boot lamps and vase centerpieces as well as one-of-a-kind gifts like saloon signs and personalized steak branding irons. The intent, Ward says, is to not just stand out but to capture the romantic spirit that's behind each western wedding.

"There's a level of fun and creativity that's unique to western weddings," Ward said. "We love talking to these couples and sharing in their enthusiasm. I knew early on that I wanted to bring that energy to our web site, and give these brides all the tools they'd need to pull off the perfect wedding."

That creativity is what inspired Ward to recently publish a complete western wedding ideas guide to take brides step by step through the planning process, which is currently available on BridesVillage.com. Her company even filmed a video filled with additional hints that is now in post-production.

"Western weddings are a reflection of who these couples are," Ward said, "and whether our brides want to find clever decorations for their reception, or are looking for ideas on how to start their planning, we're the specialists to turn to."
