Computer Generated Solutions Inc. (CGS) will convene industry-leading brand manufacturers and retailers, industry and technology experts, CGS executives and business partners to provide its customers with broad insight at its eighth annual customer conference scheduled for March 8 - 10 at The Palazzo Las Vegas Resort. INSIGHT 2010 will offer attendees a diverse program comprising thought-provoking keynote sessions, solution breakouts, best practice discussions, and customer roundtable sessions. The conference will also feature an industry technology and services solution center, BlueCherry Customer Advisory Council meetings, and a customer appreciation gala event. The event theme, “New World, New Solutions”, acknowledges the massive changes of the past year and the role technology will play in shaping the changing face of global business.

In opening the conference, Mr. Friedman will share his insights on the state of the global market and introduce the company’s latest solutions designed to improve customer competitiveness in a challenging business climate. CGS Senior Vice President Paul Magel will highlight the latest product innovations, new customer support programs, and process enhancements that have come as a direct result of customer feedback.
Industry keynoters include Dee Warmath, Vice President of Retail Insights at The NPD Group, who will guide attendees through the changing retail landscape and cut through the clutter of old and new industry assumptions. Sonny Grover, Senior Managing Director of alliantgroup, LP will highlight the R&D tax credit and how it can be effectively used by various industries. Jay Harris, COO of Charles Komar & Sons, and John Sanders, President of EDIasia, will team up to share their thoughts about supply chain management optimization opportunities.
Breakout sessions will cover virtually every aspect of the product lifecycle, from concept to consumer, with topics including financial management, PLM, supply chain management, warehouse management, EDI collaboration, business intelligence, E-Commerce, CPSIA, GDSN and more. CGS will also be hosting an Executive Summit, where c-level executives will share their thoughts on the state of the industry and discuss strategies for accelerating growth and profitability.
