The movie was a perfect fit with an extremely strong floral theme. Collaborating with the launch of Alice In Wonderland has given our florists a fantastic opportunity to create bouquets that are mad as a hatter!

With the launch of the latest reimagining of Alice In Wonderland, it is unsurprising to see flowers back in the headlines - every child remembers the original Disney version, in which the Queen of Heart's playing card guards are painting white flowers red, accidentally creating pink roses.
In order to commemorate the latest version, which hits cinemas today, Disney have teamed up with UK flower delivery service iFlorist to produce a special set of bouquets to commemorate the release. These bouquets are ideal as Mother's Day flowers on March 14th.
Tim Burton has directed the latest interpretation of Lewis Carroll's classic 1865 story, which features Mia Wasikowska as its 19-year-old heroine. The film's supporting cast include well-known screen icons such as Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter and Anne Hathaway, as the Mad Hatter, Red Queen and White Queen respectively.
Some of Britain's best acting talent are out in force in the performance, with cameos from Matt Lucas, Alan Rickman, Stephen Fry and Barbara Windsor.
The reimagining tells the tale of Alice's return to Wonderland and her role in overcoming the Red Queen, who holds the inhabitants in terror.
To celebrate the film's release and to coincide with Mother's Day, iFlorist is making four special sets of flowers available through its network of 1,800 local florists.
Fans of the movie will be able to buy Alice's Tulips, an arrangement of Dutch tulips, the Cheshire Cat bouquet, which is available in a selection of blues and violets, and the Queen of Hearts, a selection of luxurious pink and red roses. Fans of Johnny Depp's character will also be able to buy the Mad Hatter, a bouquet of pink roses and luxurious lilies, accompanied with foliage.
David Price, iFlorist's managing director, praised the movie after its world royal premiere in Leicester Square.
He said: "The movie was a perfect fit with an extremely strong floral theme. Collaborating with the launch of Alice In Wonderland has given our florists a fantastic opportunity to create bouquets that are mad as a hatter!"
