Due to the anticipated release of additional information about the government’s policies on E-col in the very near future, The Food Institute is postponing its Mar. 9 webinar on Implementing An E-coli Policy until Wednesday Apr. 7th at 12:00PM. Those already registered will be notified separately and will automatically be registered for the new event. If not, sign up at http://www.foodinstitute.com/ecoli.cfm.

The Food Institute has gathered a panel of experts to discuss how to prevent and control E. coli outbreaks; how to keep your records in order to avoid shouldering the blame for mishandling foodstuffs; and how to deal with a positive finding should it occur.
The panel includes Barbara Masters, former Administrator of FSIS and now an advisor with Olsson Frank Weeda Terman Bode Matz P.C. , Janet McGinn, Deputy Director with the Food Safety and Inspection Service's Office of Outreach, Employee Education and Training, State Outreach and Technical Assistance Staff and Angie Siemens, Ph.D., V.P.
