The Cable Mover Hotline® was established by the CTAM Marketing Co-op in 2003, at the request of member cable companies seeking to retain their customers when they move – a time when they are most likely to reconsider their telecommunications needs. This service is used by the eighteen largest cable companies in the US serving approximately 121 million homes.
