Free educational web event will build upon ActiveStrategy's recent sales growth within the Public Sector and will feature strategic consulting partner and performance measurement author, Mark Graham Brown.

"The Public Sector agencies we work with have dramatically improved their ability to deliver results. It is extremely gratifying for us to be able to help them improve their focus, alignment, and transparency," remarked Jack Steele, ActiveStrategy CEO.

ActiveStrategy, Inc., the leading provider of comprehensive performance management software and services, today announced that it will host a webinar entitled “Improving Performance Metrics in Government” on Friday, March 26th at 12 noon Eastern Time. The webinar will feature renowned performance measurement and management guru and ActiveStrategy strategic consulting partner, Mark Graham Brown. Brown is the author of numerous books on these topics and consultant to dozens of government and military organizations.

The webinar will cover such topics as: steps a government or military agency should take to evaluate the effectiveness of an existing scorecard or performance metrics, how to avoid the most common measurement mistakes, the best ways to measure the more difficult aspects of performance in the public sector, and the role that scorecard software can play in a successful deployment.

This online educational session will build upon ActiveStrategy's increasing momentum over the past 12 months, as the firm has seen record sales growth within the Federal Government and Military sectors. ActiveStrategy provides public sector organizations with both performance management software and management consulting services that together help organizations define strategic goals, measure performance against those goals using cascaded metrics and scorecards, improve accountability, and drive results in critical outcomes.

Over the past year, for example, ActiveStrategy has worked with and implemented performance management solutions at state-level National Guards, within several areas of one of the largest agencies of the Federal Government, at the top organizational level of one of the branches of the U.S. Armed Services, and at NATO, the multi-national peacekeeping organization.

The scope of these projects has ranged from fine-tuning strategic plans, to developing and automating strategy maps, to assisting with performance improvement efforts, to managing resource allocation, to Balanced Scorecard creation and cascading, and automating all of the above in ActiveStrategy Enterprise web-based performance management software.

“We are very pleased to see such intense interest in performance improvement, performance measurement and management, and accountability across the Federal Government and various Military organizations,” commented Jack Steele, CEO of ActiveStrategy. “By implementing ActiveStrategy solutions, these types of organizations can become ever more transparent and accountable to the public, while improving their ability to deliver world-class results.”

The March 26th webinar, which is offered free of charge to all attendees, will allow government, military, and other public sector agencies to benefit from hearing proven best practices that they can use to immediately drive better focus, as well as greatly improved outcomes in the long term. Registration information for the webinar may be found on the ActiveStrategy website.
