“What’s a wedding without sneakers?” mused Sportie LA co-owner Isack Fadlon. “We’re thrilled to participate in this event.”

When Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney walk down the aisle tonight, they will not only be the first "Bachelor" couple to be married, there will be another first: the groom and groomsmen will all be wearing Nike Retro Air Jordans, courtesy of top indie sneaker shop Sportie LA (http://www.SportieLA.com). The show airs tonight at 8:00-10:00 p.m on ABC.
“What’s a wedding without sneakers?” mused Sportie LA co-owner Isack Fadlon. “In all seriousness, we’re thrilled to participate in this event.” If anyone can pick out the right sneakers for a Bachelor wedding, it’s Fadlon, especially when Nike is the brand of choice. Sportie LA carries all the Jordan retro's as well as the new styles, and limited edition quick strikes. Limited Dunks, Air Forces, Air Yeezys, Air Max 90's, and Air Max 95's, are just some of the line’s hot styles available at the store.
This is hardly the first time Sportie LA has participated in TV programming. Jimmy Kimmel’s Uncle Sal, for example, famously tried his hand as an employee in a segment of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Last year, Sportie opened its doors to another would-be shoe salesman,Ice-T, who went undercover for the CBS special “I Get That A Lot.” The retailer’s stores (it has five – four in LA and a newly opened outpost in San Diego) have appeared in countless other programs, and Sportie LA has hosted a slew of high-profile events, often partnering with brands like ASICS, Reebok, Nike, Fila, and New Balance, to launch limited edition product available only at the stores and online at the company’s sneaker website.
The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding, with former Bachelor is the culmination of a long, sometimes rocky journey. Jason and Molly will declare their love for one another before family, friends, past Bachelor and Bachelorette couples, stars and participants, who are all there to help them celebrate. In the wedding party are Molly's sister, Katie, her maid of honor, and four additional bridesmaids. Jason's brothers, Larry and Sean, are both his best men. He has two additional groomsmen. Jason and his best men and groomsmen are wearing Kenneth Cole suits…and of course, their Air Jordans.
