The Payroll Company has just learned that it has been awarded a Wisconsin Company to Watch award by the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs’ Network. This inaugural award recognizes companies that offer innovative products and services, and generate jobs in the community. Along with a cocktail awards ceremony at the Monona Terrace in Madison, the winners also have the opportunity to attend a three-day leadership retreat in Michigan this summer to share ideas and learn from their peers.
"We’ve been around since 1998. That’s 12 years of total focus on customers, and making sure that we provide services that help them grow their own businesses,” said Eric Schroeder, President and CEO of The Payroll Company. “In the process, we’ve been growing ours. We’re proud to have the Wisconsin Entrepreneurs Network recognize our efforts.”
The awards ceremony will be held on Tuesday, April 13th, 2010 at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison. The three-day Leadership Retreat will be held in June 2010 at the Michigan headquarters of the Edward Lowe Foundation, which focuses on second-stage growth-oriented companies. Winners from other state’s CTW programs will be also be there, so The Payroll Company leadership will be able glean wisdom from a large group.
