building and maximizing sales and marketing efforts within the organization.

Prior to joining Protocol, Ms. Macha served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Planning for ICT Group. There, her focus was directed towards renewing their sales and marketing strategy, as well as rebranding to support sales. She also lent her expertise to successfully growing businesses such as Access Direct/PRC, Convergys, AT&T, and Regulatory DataCorp.
Ms. Macha is also a graduate of Northwestern University Kellogg School Management in Chicago.
