She is also strongly committed to emphasizing the importance and advantages of free trade agreements.

Ms. Chamberlain works tirelessly with her team of global trade content analysts and government agencies to ensure consistency between government sources. Melissa Irmen, Vice President for Products & Strategy, has been named to the list as a Provider Pro to Know for the third year in a row. Through her many efforts as a Trade Ambassador to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Ms. Irmen often acts as a voice of the trade to ensure that requirements are implemented in a cost effective and timely manner. In addition to being an active member for the last two years on the Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of Customs and Border Protection (COAC) focused on Importer Security Filing (10+2), Ms. Irmen also recently presented with the Canada Border Services Agency on the US 10+2 program. Ms. Irmen is a vocal contributor to helping companies understand critical current and forthcoming regulations, as well as assisting importers and exporters in upholding these responsibilities.
