Recruiters Rely on Assessment Software, Even in Employers’ Market

In 2009, SkillSurvey introduced two new products: The Passive Candidate Accelerator™, available as part of a subscription to the Passive Candidate Compiler™, and The Candidate Comparison Report™, a new capability within the Pre-Hire 360® software.

The former taps newly hired employees for contact information on people whom they’d recommend for selected positions within their new organization—an especially effective strategy for sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill positions. The latter allows users to produce a report comparing up to 20 job candidates across a number of behaviors and metrics.
