Dan Gorman and his wife Claudia are hands on owners and operators of their thriving temporary furnished housing small business. While remaining focused on providing quality service with a personal touch, the Gorman’s are bringing on the best talent in the industry to expand their team.

The company started in 2007 as TDY Corporate Housing and primarily focused on military clients with temporary furnished housing needs in the Tampa Bay market. “In 2009 we changed our name to Avenida Suites, refined our brand and decided to expand into other markets,” said Gorman. “We realized with the expansion, we needed to search for the right talent to be on our team.” Avenida Suites expanded their services into the Orlando furnished apartment market at the beginning of the year. They also established a partnership which enables them to provide temporary corporate housing throughout Florida.
