VIPdesk is recruiting home-based Customer Service Representatives (“CSRs”) to provide home services assistance for ServiceMagic customers. These virtual CSRs, known as “Brand Ambassadors”, will respond to incoming calls from customers of this top-rated national home services company that provides recommendations and referrals of screened and approved professionals.
VIPdesk is currently recruiting candidates who are passionate about home improvement and repair projects to respond to incoming calls from ServiceMagic customers in search of assistance with over 550 types of home improvement projects.
Preferred candidates are available to work seven days/week from 8am-6pm, and are available to complete a comprehensive 10-day certification program which starts in Mid-April. Brand Ambassadors earn on average $10-$12/hr.

In addition, they possess customer service and sales expertise, feel comfortable making proactive recommendations, and can easily build rapport and communicate.
