Condo Metropolis launches a brand new website to concentrate on the luxury downtown condominium market in Orlando.

Downtown Orlando Condominiums have a new home!

Condo Metropolis LLC, Orlando's condo specialist brokerage has launched a new site aimed specifically at buyers of downtown condo developments, from new construction to condo conversion.

Concentrating on the 32801, 32803 and 32804 Orlando zip codes, the site aims to provide Orlando's condo buyers with up to date information regarding all of the major downtown luxury high rise condos, penthouses and lofts.

"Our current condo site already deals with many of these condominiums," said the site's developer and broker Marcus Burke, "But we felt that these high end properties were becoming diluted with so many of the condo conversions in the suburbs and vacation condos near Disney. We thought it was important to develop a site that related specifically to the downtown Orlando condo scene."

The site includes an interactive downtown Orlando condo map showing all of the communities in relation to each other.

The new downtown site contains previous favorite links to the main Condo Metropolis site, and includes links to the Central Florida MLS where users can search for condo foreclosures and short sales as well as traditional sales. There is also a link to the Orlando Condo Blog, an up to date source of Orlando condo news and gossip.
