Xlibris, the self-publishing services provider, announced today the release of Two Old Geeser Golfers. Authored by Mr. Jimmie Porter, this book tells of the adventures of two old men who wish to spend the rest of their golden years on the golf course.

In this book, author Jimmie Porter introduces Jake and Hondo, two men who share the same passion—golf. Porter weaves an amusing tale which begins with an odd meeting, an unlikely proposal, and an ambitious plan.

Resting after his match, Jake awoke to Hondo’s intrusion. Jake was naturally irritated, but Hondo had a plan in mind. Seeing that Jake had potential despite his age, Hondo volunteered to become his caddie.

Jake was past his sixties and Hondo was even older, so Jake immediately condoned the idea. But money began to talk as Hondo laid out his plan: he would set up games for Jake, starting with the PGA Legends Tour. Then, they would work their way up, win all tournaments, until Jake becomes the golf champion of old geezers.

“You will get better and better as you learn my system. I posses the know-how of all the great players. I know their systems that make them winners! You will have the silky swing of Sam Snead, the iron play of Ben Hogan, the power and accuracy and the strength of Tiger Woods. I can teach you all that and more,” says Hondo.

Can Hondo really make a champion out of Jake? Two Old Geeser Golfers tells all. For more information on this book, log on to Xlibris.com.
