OPUSalbums.com has launched a new ink-jet paper service – “Photo Paper how You Want it” (PPHYWI).

Instead of being limited to a range of papers and standard “A” or US sizes and roll widths, OPUSalbums.com offers selection of 58 paper types, 62 different paper sizes, 14 scoring/perforating options and eight punching options. The paper types include the full ranges of Innova Art, Olmec, Tetenal, Hahnemuhle and EcoRag. The sizes cover traditional photographic, 16:9 and 3:1 panoramic, sizes matching the aspect ratios of DSLR and compact cameras, plus the popular sizes for photo albums, photo books, scrapbooks and a wide range of greeting cards. There are two special sizes specifically for promotional literature.

The “Photo Paper how you want it” service is targeted at photographic, business and personal users who wish to produce photographic prints, photo album and scrapbook pages, greeting cards, promotional literature etc.

Daniel Roberts, Director of OPUSalbums.com said “With PPHYWI we have met a significant need in the market. Whilst we can provide standard product with as good a service and price as any, our new service allows professionals to save time and be more creative with paper configured to their own needs. For example, the photographer can print pictures exactly matching the aspect ratio of the camera so that what you see through the viewfinder is what you print – and this can be produced on archival or photo art paper. A greeting card designer can have a square card – e.g.6x6 or 8x8 on an excellent paper such as Innova’s soft white cotton – what’s more there can be innovative folds. Cutting and pre-scoring ensures accuracy.”

Paper is cut, scored and punched to order, generally with a minimum order of 50 sheets. The turnaround time is 3-4 days and the customer receives all off-cuts.

OPUSalbums.com, a leading web supplier of professional inkjet paper, photo albums, binding and ink delivery systems. It is an Incartek (Ink Cartridge Technologies Ltd) Venture.
