GES Wins in Contact Center of the Year Category

GES today announced the GES National Servicenter® was presented with a Stevie® Award in the “Contact Center – up to 100 seats” category in the fourth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards.

The GES National Servicenter provides support for customers participating in more than 2,000 GES-contracted exhibitions and events conducted each year in the United States. GES’ centralized contact center provides exhibitors with a single source for pre-, at- and post-show support. The GES National Servicenter team is comprised of 75 personnel who answer more than 200,000 inbound calls/chats and process more than 140,000 orders while designing and producing exhibitor manuals.
