Pro Feet Kicks Off Miracle League Campaign With “Miracle Sock”

Pro Feet, Inc., a supplier of high performance athletic socks, has partnered with sporting goods retailers across the country in an effort to raise awareness and support for The Miracle League, a national baseball league for kids with disabilities.

Pro Feet, Inc., a supplier of high performance athletic socks, has partnered with sporting goods retailers across the country in an effort to raise awareness and support for The Miracle League, a national baseball league for kids with disabilities. At the heart of the campaign, Pro Feet has designed the “Miracle Sock,” one-of-a-kind footwear with special moisture-wicking technology, which will directly benefit the national Miracle League organization. The “Miracle Sock” will carry the Miracle League logo, and will be available in men’s, women’s and youth sizes at sporting good retailers and team dealers nationwide. For every pair retailers stock, Pro Feet will donate 5 percent of its wholesale sales to The Miracle League.

“There are millions of kids with physical and mental disabilities who often are not given the opportunity to participate in a team sport,” said Russell Wilson, founder and CEO of Pro Feet. “At Pro Feet, we believe every child deserves the chance to be part of a team. That’s why we’re launching the ‘Miracle League Campaign.’”

The Miracle League, a national baseball league for children with disabilities, serves 80,000 young people with physical and mental challenges. Currently, there are 230 leagues throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.

Some retailers will be doing more than solely carrying the Miracle Sock in their stores. Many will also be collecting donations, all of which will support that store’s or a neighboring Miracle League team. In addition, retailers also offer the opportunity to sign up teams of “buddies” to assist in Miracle League games.

“It’s wonderful that sporting good retailers across the country are joining Pro Feet in supporting The Miracle League,” said Wilson. “Together, we can make a difference for these kids, and help this worthy organization achieve its goal of a league in every city.”
