On Wednesday, March 24, Terry is a panel member for a three-hour workshop where he will focus on factors that affect networks resiliency, and how that affects the delivery of converged voice, video and data. Thursday, March 25, Terry leads a session within the Deep Dive Track entitled “Troubleshooting IP Telephony/Unified Communications Networks”.
