While this idea is not necessarily new to internet savvy shoppers, the products that will be available from Allphones are. The National Marketing Manager of Allphones, Sarah Brown, explains the market leading move, “There have been quite a few websites that have offered deals under a time constraint and customers really respond positively to this. However, we recognised that there was a gap and ultimately an opportunity to offer daily deals for communication related products such as mobile phones, accessories that weren’t previously there.”
She continues, “It made sense for Allphones to move towards offering this type of daily deal concept as it gives us a chance to pass on great savings to our customers, every 24 hours.” A new “daily deal” will be offered every single day of the month and is an ongoing initiative for the national telecommunication retailer.
This new addition to the customer service offering from Allphones has appropriately followed on from the launch of their online store which went live on the 1st of December, 2009.
