o Call Activity: Allows users to better understand current trunk utilization by charting call activity by Trunk, Gateway or Route Group/List utilization over a long term (up to 400 days).
o Location Activity: Capability to visualize On-Net WAN utilization between different locations in the enterprise. This report determines the over or under provisioning of bandwidth and facilities.
o Media Activity: Enables the user to determine media resource utilization including Transcoders, Media Termination Points (MTP), Music on Hold (MOH) and Conference Bridges.
o End User Reporting (CUCM 5.x+): View end users, their associated devices and discover users with no associated devices.
o Call Volume and Usage by Partition: Dashboard to visualize calls made by Location and User over a specified time range and filtered by dialed or dialing number.
