This is clear evidence of our focus on supporting President Obama’s National Export Initiative, and a great sign that American companies are doing their best to branch out into the international arena.
Waldwick, New Jersey (PRWEB) March 22, 2010
Kallman Worldwide, Inc. is pleased to announce today that over eighty (80) U.S. Companies are exhibiting in Chile’s largest trade event with sixty-one (61) of those U.S. companies exhibiting in the U.S. International Pavilion. This marks the U.S. as the largest national contingent in this year’s show, and is all the more notable because it proves how quickly business is returning to normal in Chile despite the recent earthquake. Of particular significance is the fact that among the 80+ U. S. exhibitors thirty (30) are new to FIDAE. According to Tom Kallman, CEO of Kallman Worldwide, “This is clear evidence of our focus on supporting President Obama’s National Export Initiative, and a great sign that American companies are doing their best to branch out into the international arena.”
To kick off this event, a U.S. Pavilion Welcome Reception and Opening Ceremony are planned for Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Several U.S. V.I.Ps and foreign dignitaries are expected to be in attendance including: U.S. Ambassador Paul E. Simons; Deputy Under Secretary for International Affairs, Bruce Lemkin; U.S. Air South Commander, Lt. General Glenn Spears; Director of Defense Security Cooperation, VADM Jeffery Wieringa; CEO/President Kallman Worldwide, Tom Kallman; and Ms. Gerri Cozic, Director of Aerospace and Defense, Kallman Worldwide, Inc.
According to Kallman, “We are delighted with the solidarity that our U.S. exhibitors have shown in support of FIDAE and Chile as a whole. We have been inspired by our friends and colleagues in Chile and their firm determination that the show will go on as scheduled. And we are proud that the U.S. International Pavilion will open as planned next week. We look forward to welcoming a large contingent of aerospace officials from Chile and all of Latin America to the U.S. International Pavilion.”
