YES Launches Personalized Television Guide Widget for Websites and Desktops with WorkLight

Customers to Manage and Share Viewing Preferences with Multi-Channel Entertainment Widget

YES, a leading television provider with over 570,000 subscribers, has launched MyYes - a personalized television guide widget, now made available on desktops, Facebook and personalized homepages such as iGoogle.

Powered by WorkLight, the multi-channel widget is integrated with Israel-based YES Satellite Services' television programming systems and databases. Customers are able to predefine media content preferences by program, genre and keywords, track specific programs and recommend preferred television programs and movies to friends from a selection of over 130 video and HD channels.

"Our customers value a personalized viewing experience, and we wanted to carry that same experience to the television guide widget," said Dror Bahat, VP Marketing at YES Satellite Services. "Since our pre-launch release, both widget downloads and customer usage have far exceeded our expectations, in large part due to the unique multi-channel widget strategy made possible by WorkLight."

Developed in a single effort using the WorkLight Solution (http://www.worklight.com), the MyYes Television Guide Widget is made available to customers on Windows and Mac desktops, Adobe AIR, Facebook, iGoogle and is part of the YES website.

Currently, widget users are prompted to take advantage of YesMax Online, a Digital Video Record (DVR) feature recently launched by YES. A second phase of the implementation will enable customers to use the widget to select specific programs for recording on their home DVR device.
