More than $35 million of prime Florida and Georgia commercial and residential real estate will be sold April 8 during a multi-property auction in Jacksonville, Fla. Colliers Dickinson and United Country Auction Services announced today that the auction will offer 30+ commercial properties including office and industrial buildings, restaurants, prime commercial sites and condos, located in northern Florida and southern Georgia.

In response to the current needs of commercial real estate clients, Colliers Dickinson has partnered with United Country Auction Services to deliver Accelerated Real Estate Resolution Services (ARERS) to provide clients with a blended method of marketing and asset disposition.

The April 8 auction marks the first in a series of commercial multi-property auction events for Colliers International and United Country Auction Services.
