Trivani International, the world’s first purpose-marketing company, has organized and funded an operation to repair the cleft palate of a child in the Philippines. This surgery is just one of thousands funded by the Trivani Foundation, a multi-million dollar world hunger and rescue operation backed by Trivani International, a leading producer of eco-friendly, toxin-free health and beauty products.

Trivani International (, the world’s first purpose-driven marketing company, has funded a successful surgery to repair one Filipino boy’s severe cleft palate disfiguration. Rizal’s facial deformity was so severe he was mocked and ridiculed even by adults in the village. After three separate operations to fix the problem, Rizal, has a new lease on life. Rizal’s father says, “he wants to go to school and play chess. Before the surgery, he never the left the house; now he is a busy boy.” Trivani’s relationships with doctors and hospitals, allows them to buy medical equipment and enable surgeries for people in impoverished areas across the globe.

“We’ve got a really unique system that leverages the time, talents and resources of various organizations to drive down the price of major surgeries to just $25,” says Bob Steed, CEO of Trivani International and the Trivani Foundation ( “In this country, a major surgery like the one Rizal underwent would probably cost as much as $100,000. With our program, we donate the resources and surgical equipment in exchange for doctors’ time. It’s just one of the ways we’re giving back to people around the world.”

Rizal is just one of the hundreds of children receiving surgeries and medical attention through the Trivani Foundation. The fund team, led by CEO Bob Steed, has built an international network of volunteers and doctors in Africa, Asia and North America. The philanthropic organization ( also offers food and child rescue services, and is completely funded by the sale of the company’s eco-friendly and toxin-free line of products. The company plans to broaden its rescue reach into more countries this year.

Bill Andersen, a Trivani seller who helped fund this surgery is extremely pleased with how Rizal’s surgery has affected the child’s life. “In his village, this child was seen as having the mark of the beast, thanks to his facial deformation. Now that he’s had the surgery, he’s come back to his village and is seen as a miracle from God. He no longer experiences daily ridicule. It makes me feel good knowing that my contribution helped give him a second chance.”
