i.e. healthcare’s Co-CEOs, Steve Cook, Chief Marketing Officer, and Bob Isherwood, Chief Creative Dude, are presenting ‘inGAGE ME!’ at the Institute for Health and Productivity Management (http://www.ihpm.org) 10th annual International Health & Productivity conference in Orlando, FL, March 29-31, 2010. inGAGE ME! will review what i.e. healthcare has learned about innovatively engaging people in their health and healthcare, and reviewing the engagement and health outcomes from their new KICK BUTS smoking cessation mobile health messaging product.

Their talk will ask the question ‘Got Engagement?’ to conference participants, who represent an international group from all health and healthcare sectors, including Employee Benefit leaders from Fortune 500 employers. They will review innovative engagement examples from consumer-centric brand leaders and how these approaches can inspire improved health outcomes, employee productivity and ROI. They will also review the rapidly emerging mHealth opportunity to engage people on a personal level.

Sean Sullivan, CEO, President, of the Institute for Health and Productivity Management (http://www.ihpm.org) added: “We are very pleased that i.e. healthcare (http://www.iehealthcare.com) is participating at the 10th annual International Health & Productivity conference to share their global innovative consumer engagement experience from Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Samsung Electronics and Saatchi & Saatchi. IHPM members will appreciate learning about the innovative engagement techniques and mHealth products they are developing to inspire people to improve and maintain their health, and achieve lasting behavior change. For employers, this will result in a healthier, higher-performing work force, and a slowing of the rising healthcare cost trend. We are pleased that in addition to Bob Isherwood and Steve Cook, i.e. healthcare’s Chief Innovator, Brandon Daniell, and Chief Strategist, David Cross, will also join the conference and be available at their exhibit.”

Steve Cook added: “Health and healthcare are increasingly becoming more of a consumer purchase decision. There is a blue ocean business opportunity for health and wellness companies to understand the ‘day in the life of’ their clients holistically to engage them on a personal level. One rapidly emerging opportunity for personalized healthcare is the mobile health opportunity, known as mHealth. mHealth will continue to be consumer led as people increasingly use their mobile phone as their personal control tower for everything happening in their daily lives. We have seen the positive sustained health outcome impact that mHealth can deliver with our KICK BUTS smoking cessation mHealth support product, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.” Steve Cook is the former Samsung Electronics Chief Marketing Officer for North America, the Worldwide VP Strategic Marketing and Innovation at Coca-Cola, and a P&G Brand Manager.

Bob Isherwood added: "I will be talking about a unique opportunity in the healthcare space that could drive revenue and increase customer engagement and market share. It's kind of a winner takes all proposition for the first one to do it." Bob Isherwood is the former Worldwide Creative Director of Saatchi and Saatchi, a Clio Hall of Famer, and co-author of the book ‘World Changing Ideas’.
