Author urges Christians to develop a closer relationship with Jesus

In daily visits from 1990-1992, R. Charles Bartlett and Jesus talked about things going on in the Xulon Press author's life and the ministry he had been given. Additionally, Jesus revealed that an economic collapse is imminent because humanity has drifted so far from God and His truth. At the time these things were revealed to the author, they didn't have an impact, but in recently rereading what Jesus had said, coupled with things currently happening in the country and the world, they became relevant. His new release, Surviving the Coming Chaos: A 21st Century Prophesy ($14.99, paperback, 978-1-61579-725-7), offers a warning that time is running short on developing a personal relationship with Jesus.

"This book provides God's prophecy for our time, and His way for us to survive what is coming," the author says. "[Readers will learn] how to survive the coming economic, political, religious, and social chaos in our country and in the world."

For the past 23 years, Bartlett has worked with hundreds of clients in his faith-based Christian counseling ministry, assisting them in getting in touch with God in order for them to find healing. In 2006, his book about the ministry, Visions, Dreams and Healing: the Making of a Christian Counselor, was published. In this, his latest publication, he hopes to deliver Christians everywhere a word from God regarding the chaotic nature of this country and the world.

R. Charles Bartlett is a graduate of North Georgia College with a BS degree in business administration. He currently resides in Fort Valley, Georgia.
