iProspect elevates long-time company veteran to COO and hires new MD for San Francisco office

From the very beginning, Brian set himself apart from the pack

iProspect, the Original Search Engine Marketing Firm, announced today that it has promoted Brian Kaminski to Chief Operating Officer, and has hired Melanie Lowe to be Managing Director of iProspect San Francisco. Both moves are in response to the company's continued strong growth.

An iProspect veteran for over a decade, Kaminski has significantly contributed to the organization's growth and has steadily moved up the ranks during his tenure. Starting in 2000 as a Campaign Analyst, Kaminski quickly distinguished himself and was promoted to Client Services Manager. Given his ability to consistently deliver impressive results for clients, Kaminski went on to become Client Services Director. Throughout his career at the company, he has been adept at building teams and developing policies and procedures to ensure that it continues to innovate and achieve superior results. In 2006 he was tapped to establish a West Coast office, and as Managing Director of iProspect San Francisco, Kaminski has been the driving force behind its impressive growth over the past four years. In 2008, he was named Executive Vice President.

In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Kaminski will oversee client services and technology for iProspect's entire U.S. operation. A key member of the Executive Committee, Kaminski will also play a role in driving corporate strategy.

To build upon the success that Kaminski started on the West Coast, iProspect has hired Melanie Lowe as the new Managing Director of the San Francisco office. A seasoned digital executive with 20 years of experience, Lowe has worked in marketing and management roles in Asia, Europe, Canada, and the U.S. in various sectors, including technology, real estate, pharmaceutical, retail, entertainment, and tourism. She comes to iProspect from sister agency Molecular, which is also part of the Aegis Media network of best of breed digital agencies. At Molecular since 2007, Lowe most recently held the position of Vice President and Managing Director of its San Francisco operation. Previously, she held various management roles at Ion Global for eight years where she was responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to develop digital solutions for clients. Ion Global was acquired by Aegis in 2007.

In her new role as Managing Director of iProspect San Francisco, Lowe will oversee the company's West Coast operation, ensure that client campaigns are strategically led and successfully integrated across marketing channels, and keep client services teams focused on innovation and successful execution. She will also participate in the Executive Committee.
